Self-service downloads
Every file for the latest build of your products, listed with checksums, available without waiting for anyone to send them.
Releases are available from a download portal rather than on request. Enter what identifies the account and the portal lists all the files for the latest build of each product you hold, each with a checksum so the download can be validated before it is used.
Why it matters at three in the morning
The release you need is most often needed when something has to be rebuilt, and that is rarely during office hours. Self-service means the files are there when the work is, rather than at the start of the next working day.
Customers on a customised build have a blend filter, so the list shows the build that matches the machine rather than every build we produce.
